The Open Text Digital Media Group's Learning Services team conducts in-depth technical training courses covering the usage, administration, integration, and programming aspects of its flagship Digital Asset Management solution, Artesia DAM.  We offer training for end-users, administrators, integrators and programmers interested in learning how to use, customize, integrate and develop custom applications for Artesia DAM.  Our goal is to provide exceptional technical training that (when combined with our Professional Services team) provides a framework for smooth implementation of Artesia DAM into your company's application infrastructure.

Expert instructors impart real-world knowledge acquired from experience implementing successful Digital Asset Management solutions in the field and have trained over 1,000 students from customer and partner organizations.  Courses are designed to be modular in nature and are a blend of lecture and hands-on exercises intended to help students meet their learning objectives and fulfill their company's unique business requirements.

Administering Artesia
This course provides the Artesia DAM administrator and power users with the necessary skills to effectively manage an Artesia DAM implementation. Students will become familiar with the Artesia DAM front end, use the Artesia for DAM Web Administration client application and will also get a full understanding of the end user Web interface.

Artesia DAM for Integrators
This course is intended for integrators who want to learn how to configure and customize Artesia DAM.  Experienced Artesia integrators who share their real world experience teach this course.

Artesia DAM for Integrators + Programming
For programmers interested in writing Java programs that use the Artesia DAM API's, we have a three-day course which includes the DAM administrator and integrator courses to ensure a basic understanding of the Artesia DAM application and knowledge on customizing and configuring Artesia DAM.  We provide supplementary materials which include specifications, examples and topics of interest for Java programmers that you can take back and study on your own.  You will spend the last half-day of the course with an Artesia developer reviewing topics of interest to your specific application.  This may include basic guidelines on how to work the available API's to meet your Artesia DAM needs, as well as any other API related questions you may have after reviewing the Programming in Artesia DAM course materials.
